Can the doctor or nurse tell my parents about my sexual health?

NO, all sexual health visits are confidential and your results will not be shared with anyone else such as parents, caregivers or your school, without your permission.

There is the exception – if you are harming yourself, harming others, having thoughts of suicide or if you have been sexually assaulted, then we will get help from other services but we will always tell you we are going to do this first.
